From an early age, she has been keen to make her mark on society. As a teenager, she found her passion in fitness and health. It is in pursuit of this passion that she discovered that Health, Fitness, and Food are all inter related. After completing her graduation from U.K., she started to delve deeper into the connection between food and a healthy lifestyle.
